Terms of Sale

forgegym.us is operated by CAPACITY GEARS LLC, doing business as FORGE GYM. FORGE is our product brand. You can reach us at contact@forgegym.us. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address where required and shown before you pay. We work to keep product details, photos, prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is mispriced or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill it.

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Flat $4.99 US shipping. Free on orders $50+. See our Shipping page for details.

All sales are final for change of mind. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced or refunded, as described on our Returns page.

Apart from the damaged, defective and wrong-item policy above, products are sold without any additional warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Lifting belts and straps support your training; they do not prevent injury. Check your gear for wear before each session, use correct technique, lift within your ability, and talk to a doctor before starting a training program if you have health concerns. Strength training carries a risk of injury, and you train at your own risk.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.
