All sales are final for change of mind. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
What's covered
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Report it within 30 days of delivery.
How to report it
Email contact@forgegym.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number (for example FORGE-XXXXXX) and clear photos of the problem and the packaging. Please do not send anything back until we reply.
What we do
Once we confirm the issue, we send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. If we need the item back, we will tell you how to return it.
What's not covered
All sales are final for change of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse. Check the size chart on each belt page before you order.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's own return and refund rules. Start those requests in the TikTok Shop app.
