forgegym.us is operated by CAPACITY GEARS LLC, doing business as FORGE GYM ("we"). This page explains what we collect when you shop here and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number (if given), shipping address, the items you bought and the order total. We use this to fulfill and support your order and to send order and shipping emails.

Service providers

• Stripe processes payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Supabase stores our product catalog and order records.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve pages.
• Resend delivers our order emails.
• TikTok Shop: orders placed on TikTok Shop are handled under TikTok's own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & local storage

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. Checkout briefly keeps your email in session storage to show your receipt. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Security logging

To protect our store admin area, we log the IP address, browser user agent and time of failed or unauthorized attempts to access it. This log is used only for security and is not used for marketing.
